Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Channel Sales Leadership: Execute channel sales strategies that align with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Partnership Expansion: Identify and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, Telecom System Integrators, and Enterprise system integrators, to expand market presence and reach.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Foster enduring relationships with existing channel partners by providing comprehensive support, training, and resources tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling sales collateral, promotions, and campaigns customized for channel partners.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in critical communications, telecom, and software sales.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with inside sales, support, and operations teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience within the O&G, Security, and/or Defense sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Thorough understanding of channel partner dynamics, including distribution channels, reseller networks, and value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with adept negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with channel partners and participate in industry events.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in critical communications, Two-way radio, Wireless, and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • UAE Driving License and Car Essentials.
