Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will ensure that there is significant revenue growth in a defined territory. The successful candidate will possess huge amounts of drive, determination, motivation and a competitive, targetdriven mentality. The Successful candidate will have individual responsibility for all new business activities within their defined sector and are expected to self-manage.

Main duties include:

  • Develop new business relationships, and generate and negotiate new income streams for Minerva.
  • Present Minerva to potential Partners through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the Customer Service Representative
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using CRM software
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following Minerva procedure
  • A thorough understanding of Partners’ objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
  • Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Keeping abreast of issues affecting distribution companies and the products that Minerva distributes and collecting competitor intelligence
  • Ensuring Minerva remains proactive and responsive to prospective Partners

 

Skills/Abilities: 

Professionally qualified with previous experience of: 

  • Experience in Two Way Radio and Wireless is desirable but not essential, what’s more, important is a passion for technology.
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of MEA Sales and Channels.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills within diverse geography
  • UAE Driving license and car essential.
  • We are looking for someone with knowledge of the MEA market, fluent English is a must. Hard-working, flexible with experience operating within a customer-focused environment.
  • The successful candidate will receive a basic salary plus a commission.
