Sales Coordinator

About the Job

Location: New Delhi, India

Supports the sales team in generating new business, someone who is hungry to learn, motivated by success, and is a team player. Working with both existing and prospective customers to help sell solutions to Channel Partners/Resellers within the Middle East Region. Reporting to our Business Development Managers, you will be accountable for smaller accounts with the longer-term view to develop upwards. Once you are fully okay with our business, you will be asked to handle some key accounts which you will support from a sales point of view, with the aim to increase sales and cross-sell.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
• Ability to onboard new customers and partners through outbound cold calling, targeted marketing campaigns, and presentations
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Researching the market to identify credible sales opportunities by identifying key players and generating interest.
• Account Management: regular communication with key accounts to ensure they are provided with the latest solutions and best customer experience.
• Consistently maintains all records in CRM to ensure that the Bi-Weekly Funnel / Forecast report for the Business is accurate at any given time.

• Previous experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-focused and driven, with a hunger for success.
• A self-starter, who can plan, prioritise workload to achieve results.
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
• Self-motivated
• Must be highly organised with excellent time management
• Ability to fully document all information in CRM to ensure continuity of service.
• Must have strong knowledge of Word, Excel, CRM, or equivalent.
